There is a problem in the translation starting at nulla luxuries. This is indeed a tricolon crescens, however, luxuries as well as aes and sumptus are nominative. The traslation should read:
no luxuries, having taken a hold of nothing, no strangers money, no lust of banquets and lustrations will be found.
Who does "this" refer to? I would say Caelius, "never held this man," but I'm curious what you thought when you were translating. Ryan's right about the nominatives, by the way, but that's about the only error I see.
